Refund policy
La Resinoteca creates every product entirely by hand, made to order and personalised exclusively for you. For this reason:
❌ No returns accepted
Due to the personalised nature of our name badges and accessories, we do not accept returns once an order has been confirmed, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
✅ Refund for defective or incorrect items
If you receive a product with a defect or that does not match your order (wrong name, profession, or design), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package by emailing laresinoteca@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- Description of the issue
After reviewing your case, we will offer a free replacement of the correct item at no additional cost, or if that is not possible, a full refund.
📦 Items damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographs of both the packaging and the affected product. We will arrange a free replacement once the incident has been validated with the courier.
ℹ️ Important reminder
One (1) delivery attempt will be made to the address provided. If the courier is unable to complete delivery, the parcel will be held at the nearest collection point. The customer is responsible for collecting it within the timeframe indicated by the courier.
We manually check every product before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We strongly recommend double-checking all personalisation details before placing your order.
