Here we answer the most common questions about our ID tags, shipping, and customization. If you can't find an answer to your question, contact us and we will respond within 24 business hours.

How long will my shipment take?

The total time from placing your order to receiving it is divided into two parts: manufacturing and shipping.

  • Manufacturing: 2 business days. Each tag is handmade in our workshop in Valdemoro (Madrid) and requires resin curing time.
  • Shipping: 2 to 3 calendar days once it leaves the workshop, excluding weekends.

In total, most orders arrive within 4 to 5 business days from confirmation. Orders placed on weekends begin manufacturing the following Monday.

What material are the tags made of?

Our tags are made of epoxy resin with high-quality vinyl. This combination offers:

  • Glossy and durable finish that does not wear out with the friction of the uniform.
  • Water resistance and resistance to common cleaning products in healthcare environments.
  • Vivid colors that do not fade over time.
  • Lightweight: you will barely notice you are wearing them on your uniform.

What size are the tags?

Each tag measures 7 cm wide by 3 cm high. This size is designed so that the name and profession can be read clearly at a normal distance for interacting with patients, without being uncomfortable or disproportionate on the uniform.

Where do you ship?

We ship to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Italy. If you need to ship outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm if we can manage it.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive your tag with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error in the text or design, please contact us within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt. The sooner you notify us, the sooner we can resolve it.

When writing to us, please attach a photo of the received product if possible so that we can assess the case and propose a quick solution: replacement, correction, or refund.
