Shipping policy
At La Resinoteca, we work to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition, with all the care we put into every detail. Here is how we manage our shipments:
1. Shipping destination
📦 We ship internationally, including to the Netherlands.
2. Courier
International orders are shipped via a certified courier service with a tracking number included.
3. Delivery times
- Production time: 2 working days
- Estimated delivery to the Netherlands: 3–5 working days
🛠️ Please note that each product is handmade and personalised, so these timescales begin once payment has been confirmed and the order details have been validated.
4. Shipping costs
- Netherlands: €3.95 (free on orders over €35)
5. Order tracking
Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel at any time.
6. Delivery issues
One (1) delivery attempt will be made to the address provided. If the courier is unable to complete delivery at the address, the parcel will be held at the nearest collection point. The customer is responsible for collecting it within the timeframe indicated by the courier.
In case of delays, incidents, or lost parcels, please email us at laresinoteca@gmail.com and we will handle the claim as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply.
