These conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of personalised products offered through it, including name badges, keyrings, healthcare accessories, and more.

Use of this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions. It is not permitted to use this site for illegal, fraudulent purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of third parties.

4. Personalised products

All our products are personalised and made to order. Therefore:

  • The customer must carefully review all details entered before confirming the purchase.
  • No changes or returns are accepted once the manufacturing process has begun, except in cases of errors attributable to La Resinoteca.
  • Colours and details may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the product.

5. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
  • For orders shipped to the Netherlands: standard shipping is €3.95, free on orders over €35.
  • We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure platforms.
  • We do not accept cash on delivery.
  • Orders will not be processed until payment has been verified.

6. Shipping

  • Production time: 2 working days
  • Estimated delivery to the Netherlands: 3–5 working days
  • Shipping cost: €3.95 (free on orders over €35)

7. Cancellations and returns

Cancellations and returns are not accepted for personalised products, except in cases of error by La Resinoteca or a product defect. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, texts, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of La Resinoteca. Reproduction in whole or in part without express authorisation is prohibited.

9. Data protection

Personal data provided by customers will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

10. Applicable law
